Participants will embark on a journey to analyse and synthesise key developments in areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation, Internet of Things (IoT), Virtual/Augmented/Mixed Reality, Cloud Computing, and 3D Printing.

The Emerging Technologies and Trends course will delve into the digital workplace concept, exploring its evolution in the context of a post-pandemic world. Participants will gain insights into the various technologies that are pivotal in forming a digital workplace, including Visitor Management Systems, Collaboration/Meeting Suites, Building Management Systems, Security/Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Room/Desk Booking Systems, and Multi-Function Devices.

For market trends, the course also emphasises the importance of timing and strategy in effectively implementing these emerging technologies.
