Yes, you can auto reschedule the staff to the next available batch. Please note that fee policy will be applied. If you have a valid reason and wish to request for reschedule fee waiver, please send us an email or use the helpdesk to send in your request.
Due to funding policy you have to withdraw and register the new learner.
If the course has no funding you may write to us to request for the replacement.
It depends on the course requirement.
If you are allowed to retake you will be given a retake date. Otherwise you would have to retake the course before you are allowed to retake the test / examination.
