- Discuss the key aspects in Server Administration and hardware infrastructure, including various related System Administration principles and activities that are relevant for IT operations.
- Develop proficiency in managing and maintaining virtualised IT infrastructure, encompassing virtual servers, storage, and applications, including gaining skills in designing, implementing, and managing virtualised systems, along with troubleshooting virtualisation-related issues.

Pre-requisitess
To enroll in this IT Infrastructure and Operations course, you should possess the following:
- Advanced Certificate in IT Infrastructure and Operations; OR
- Mature candidates (≥ 30 years old with 8 years’ work experience in IT infrastructure and operation); OR
- Candidates with other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis
