Course Overview
The IT Project Capstone is an intensive, hands-on programme designed to synthesise and apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout an IT asset inventory or cloud computing curriculum into a comprehensive project. Focused on real-world applicability, this capstone course challenges trainees to design, develop, and deliver a significant project in one of two key areas: IT Asset Inventory Plan or Cloud Computing Solution. This course emphasises practical experience, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, preparing the trainees to tackle complex IT challenges while ensuring they can manage a project from inception to closure.

Upon successful completion of the Capstone Project: Real-world IT Project course assessment, participants who have attended at least 75% of the course will receive a Certificate of Attendance by @ASK Training.
Course Learning Outcome
Upon completion of this course, trainees should be able to demonstrate their skills and knowledge to:
• Design a plan for IT Asset Inventory or Cloud Computing Solution.
• Develop a comprehensive capstone project plan, including determining the scope of work, preparing initial documents, and obtaining stakeholder sign-off.
• Execute the capstone project by performing the defined scope of work, managing communications with stakeholders, and documenting the completed activities.
• Finalise the capstone project by delivering the final report and securing sign-off for project closure.
• Conduct a comprehensive review of individual phases and post-implementation outcomes in the capstone project.
Pre-requisites
Participants should have an advanced understanding of IT and cloud computing application, along with some experience in project management or execution.
