Course Learning Outcome

In the 1-day training, you will learn how Outlook allows you to manage all aspects of email communications.

Pre-requisites

To enrol in this course, you should possess the following:

- (≥ 16 years old); or

- 1 year working experience


Ideal for beginners with essential computer knowledge such as managing files (open, save, etc.) and familiarity with Microsoft Office would be advantageous.
