Discover the Strength in Our Differences
In an increasingly diverse Singapore, our public service workforce reflects a rich mosaic of cultures, experiences, and perspectives.
But how do we move beyond simply acknowledging these differences to truly embracing them?
“You, Me, We: The Power of DEI” is an energising, interactive seminar that explores how Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) can unlock the full potential of our teams, strengthen service delivery, and foster a more connected and inclusive workplace.
This isn’t your typical sit-and-listen session. It’s a dynamic opportunity to reflect, engage, and act.
Whether you're new to the DEI conversation or already championing change, this is your chance to connect with peers, share ideas, and be inspired to take meaningful steps forward. Because inclusion doesn’t begin with policies. It begins with YOU.
